Shipping and Handling:

All orders placed online will take between 5-7 business days from the day ordered. Processing times may vary.

International Orders:        

Orders that are made online outside of Canada are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Any additional custom or taxes that are charged are the customers responsiblilty. A $25 charge minimum will apply if necessary.

Product Availabilty:           

Although Sugar Naturel has many luxurious products available, they may in occasion be out of stock and we do apologize for any inconvenience. We will be sure to restock items as soon as it becomes available for order.

Return Policy:                    

All products that are purchased with Sugar Naturel are final sale and are non-refundable. If the item is defective due to shipping or if there is a problem with the actual product, customers can contact us directly at beauty@sugarnaturel.com with any concerns and we will address them promptly. Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase along with its original receipt.
